Our Team
HummingNest was founded in 2024 by Louise and Danu after they met through a property networking community and quickly realised they shared the same outlook on property and long-term portfolio growth. From the very beginning, it was about building something honest, sustainable, and genuinely helpful for landlords.
HummingNest started out as a serviced accommodation management company, which gave Louise and Danu the chance to learn the business properly — from the day-to-day operations to what really makes a property run smoothly behind the scenes. That hands-on experience shaped how they work today and helped them build strong, reliable systems from the ground up.

Property has always been more than just a business interest for me, it’s a passion. After a successful 15-year career in operations and project management, I decided to combine and apply those skills to property. In 2017, I designed and self-built my first serviced accommodation property, a journey that gave me an intimate understanding of what it takes to create and maintain a high-yielding space. I now leverage that knowledge and expertise to help others protect their investments whilst providing exceptional client, tenant and guest relationships
Danu
Danu – Business Development & Acquisitions
With over 20 years’ experience in the Animation & VFX industry, Danu moved into property through letting and management with HummingNest, and as a property developer delivering construction and project management through Archember. He brings a practical, end-to-end understanding of property and enjoys supporting others along the way.

Thajinder
At The Planning Intermediary (TPI), Thajinder helps take the stress out of planning. Working closely with landlords, investors, and property owners, Thajinder guides clients through the process in a clear, straightforward way.
With over 20 years’ experience in Development Management and Planning Policy, Thajinder knows what works and how to get the most out of a site. From permitted development and full planning applications to commercial-to-residential conversions, Thajinder helps move projects forward with confidence—working closely with Archember and Hummingbird, experienced construction companies, to help ensure planning and delivery are well aligned.

Today, Louise and Danu support portfolio landlords across serviced accommodation, HMOs, and buy-to-let properties, offering a fully hands-off letting and management service.
